Plain terms for buying and using a pack. Nothing is on sale yet, so nothing here has been relied on by anyone.

What you buy
A pack is a set of files: skill definitions, templates, runbooks, scheduled job definitions and evals. You get a licence to use them in your own business, including for paid client work.
You may not resell the files, publish them, or distribute them as your own product.
Updates
A purchase includes updates for one year from the purchase date. After that, updates continue for a yearly fee listed on the pricing page. The files you already have keep working whether or not you renew.
What we do not promise
The packs work with Claude Code. We test every skill against the current models every night and publish the results, but we do not control those models and we cannot promise a given output.
You are responsible for what you send to a model and for reviewing anything before it reaches a client.
Refunds
14 days, no questions. See the refund policy page.
Liability
[Legal entity] is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Total liability is capped at what you paid.
