14 days, no questions. Email us and it is done the same day.

The window
You have 14 days from the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask for one.
How to ask
Email the address in the footer from the address you bought with. Include the order number if you have it.
What happens
We refund the full amount to the original payment method, remove your repository access and cancel the licence key. Refunds typically clear in five to ten business days depending on your bank.
After 14 days
We do not refund past 14 days. If a pack is broken and we cannot fix it, tell us and we will sort it out anyway.
Chargebacks
Please email first. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes longer for you than a refund does.
